'Run for Parkinson' 2021

When Parkinson's disease makes your body shake uncontrollably and freeze up unexpectedly, walking... let alone running... becomes a dangerous endurance "sport"! But Patrick Demoucelle, who suffers from Parkinson's disease, is part of a team of over 130 people determined to cross the finish line of the Brussels 20km on 12 September to help fund a cure for this debilitating disease that affects 40,000 people in Belgium.

Help us raise money for research and show your support for the Parkinson's patients that you know. Perhaps your mother or father, a neighbour or friend? Or make a donation for the sake of your own future brain health and that of your children.

Your contribution will be used entirely for scientific research: promising European projects to find a solution for Parkinson's disease. We select the projects in collaboration with the experts of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
